Shruti Dimble is a CSR Expert and Social Development Professional with a strong background in the field. Over the past 25 years, she has been dedicated to social development initiatives. Her expertise lies in managing social development projects, with a focus on various aspects of community development, child development, promotion, and protection of child rights, as well as empowering women through entrepreneurship development. Additionally, she has extensive experience in working with Self Help Groups (SHGs) and has served as the State-level Network Coordinator for Chaitanya, an organization that promotes the SHG movement in Maharashtra and other states.

Throughout her career, Shruti has collaborated with numerous social organizations, including Streevani, DISHA, Indo Germa Social Service Society, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, and Hope for the Children Foundation.

In 2021, Shruti co-founded the Dyuvan Ray Foundation, a section 8 company that focuses on the development of women and children in Pune and Mumbai. She is also the founder of Dyuvan Ray Consultancy Services, which plays a crucial role in supporting NGOs through program planning, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and documentation. Her dedication to bringing meaningful change to the lives of underprivileged sections of society is evident through her continuous efforts and achievements in the realm of social development.
