Purnkuti held an event in collaboration with Sahyadri Hospital aimed as an effort towards women empowerment, providing support to individuals from a low-income background, individuals with HIV+ as well as single mothers and migrants.

The 2 chief guests attending this event were Mr. Viraj from the company LoanTap along with Purnkuti’s founder, Ms. Sneha Bharti. 

30 business startup kits, sponsored by Sahyadri Hospital, were distributed amongst 30 women. 10 of these were tailoring kits, 11 being makeup kits while the rest of them were beauty parlor kits. These kits were distributed with the intention to provide resources to these women who wished to be entrepreneurs and pursue a business of their own.

Additionally, Purnkuti, with the help of Sahyadri Hospital, also provided vocational training to 60 women, covering specialized courses in nail art, advanced hair cutting and digital portfolio building.

The presence of our chief guests with their involvement at the event was deeply appreciated. Purnkuti would also like to extend its gratitude towards Sahyadri hospital for enabling Purnkuti’s cause.
