Mr. Binod Kumar is a retired Indian Administrative Services officer. He has been on the advisory board of Purnkuti since the inception of the foundation. His 40 years of experience in Government administration is a very valuable asset in shaping our organization. He has been very active in social work as well. During his 40 years of career, he has held various important positions in the Government of Bihar. He has been Civil SDO of Triveniganj, DDC of Buxar, Director-Mass Education, Special Secretary in the Public Works Department, General Manager- of South Bihar Power Distribution Co. Ltd., General Manager- of Bihar Power Generation Co. Ltd.
Post-retirement, he is giving full-time advisory contributions to Purnkuti.
