Mr. Bipin Kumar is a social worker and education enthusiast. He is one of the founders of Purnkuti. He has done his Post graduation in Sanskrit from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

Currently he is managing education project of Purnkuti in Bihar and its formal school Waterlily public school. Prior to starting Purnkuti, he has worked as Branch Manager in one of the prominent courier company DTDC courier. His devotion to social work and Purnkuti has benefited hundreds of children around Barh.
